With the development and popularization of information technology, network come into people’s life. It brought great changes to human society, has become the most prominent vivid labor technology in this time. With this change, not only the living environment and life style but also people’s values also have huge changes. This point to "post-90s" college students is the most significant."post-90s" college students grown up with the Internet generation. To their values, the network has both advantages and disadvantages. The influence of network is long-term and far-reaching. And with the "post-90s" become the college students, the Internet is more important to them. They use it even in daily study life. For example, communication, get information, shopping and entertainment. To them the impact and test from network will be more and more frequent. So, put an eye on "post-90s" college students value, to find effective measures to prevent the negative influence of network, has become the current urgent need.This paper attempts to apply the theory analysis and empirical study. Firstly, based on the existing academic achievements and empirical data, providing necessary theoretical to support the research of college students, and strengthening the significance of value view education; secondly, with the survey results, having a in-depth analysis about the "post-90s" college students values in the current network situation, from the external environment (includes theoretical research, comprehensive education, social influence)and main factors ("post-90s" college students own reasons) two sides to explore the root causes of problems; finally, trying to explore the useful way to help "post-90s" university student establish right values. Using the education principle and resources, cooperative school, family, social three party ability, and fully mobilize the "post-90s" college students personal self-discipline. With the closely relates of theory and practice, promoting the construction of "post-90s" College Students’ values. By this way to lead a healthy value development to "post-90s" College Students’ under a good network environment.
