Individualized teaching has become the trend of development of the countries in theworld of education, individualized teaching can cultivate more innovative talents for thesociety, but also the only way people to adapt to the rapidly changing social development.The new program focuses on the concept of quality education and personality developmentof students, emphasizing the people-oriented. The personalized education into high schoolart teaching, learning to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, improve students’ abilityaesthetic personality has a positive effect. However, the practice of research onindividualized teaching high school art education at the present stage is very small. In thisstudy, teaching practice in secondary schools to explore Hefei sixth, trying to ascertain theeffect of the use of individualized teaching in high school art teaching, so explore effectiveways to meet the individualized teaching high school art, high school to further promotethe development of the art of teaching.This study is divided into three parts, the first part is to identify problems, introducesthe background, purpose, meaning and methods thesis; the second part is to analyzeproblems, mainly on the concept of individualized teaching made a presentation andanalysis of the domestic and foreign research status and problems of teaching high schoolart on individualized teaching; the third part is to solve the problem, which is the core ofthe paper. Contents of this part mainly around individualized teaching theory underguidance of the sixth secondary schools opened in Hefei United States Institute theteaching philosophy, instructional design and teaching effect in the implementation ofin-depth exploration, and individualized teaching Hefei Sixth Middle School Art Teachingof the effects of reflection. By discussing the author put forward his point of view: Ibelieve that the implementation of a successful high school art teaching individualizedteaching or not, is inseparable from the following aspects: First, teachers should understandthe students’ individual differences, at the choice of teaching content To fully take intoaccount the characteristics of students’ interests. Second, teachers should encouragestudents to group cooperative learning, students of the spirit of cooperation. Finally,teachers in the teaching process should be evaluated to establish pluralistic outlook. Onlydo the above elements of co-ordination and mutual support in order to achieve the bestresults individualized teaching. Overall, individualized teaching in high school art teaching,can improve student learning enthusiasm to meet the needs of student learning anddevelopment.
