The current and future quite a long period of time, the rural high school physical education teaching is a common difficulties and problems to teachers, researchers and students.In the past few decades, many education workers and researchers tried to explore the cause of the physical learning difficulties problem by using the psychology, physiology, biology-medicine, sociology and other multidisciplinary.But on the other hand, due to the different of the research perspectives and research method leads to those researchers have different point of view; On the other hand, because the object of study is more focused on urban pilot school, it is very few that study the rural or in remote areas high school.Therefore, the problem of rural high school physics learning difficulties always fail to get attention and resolution. We attempts take the rural high school physics poor student as the research object, through analyze the internal cause and external cause of the rural high school physics poor student, combined with the related theoretical basis,explore the solutions and way of solving the rural high school physics learning difficulties, in order to provide theory and practice reference for the rural high school physics teacher,and help those rural physical poor students to get rid of the difficult of physics learning, improve their academic performance.We first made a simple sorting to the present status of home and abroad high school physical education, through comparative study. We concluded that foreign high school physics education centered inspired, guided and studies several teaching methods, pay attention to training students’ own quality, develop the study habits of thinking, actively explore problem and solve problems.And domestic high school physical education affected by the college entrance examination system, the teacher communicate and explain the knowledge as the leadership on the classroom, students passively accept learning content, and the school just simply emphasis on theoretical learning and problem solving ability, with a final score to measure teachers’ teaching level and students’ learning effect.Secondly,we analyze the characteristics of high school physics course from the content and structure, and sort the domestic and foreign relative to the source of the study of "student with learning difficulties", finally combining with the characteristics of physics, clearly define the research object of this article——the definition of rural high school physics poor student.According to the definition, we use the methods of investigation and interview, from two aspects the internal and external analyze the causes of the formation of the rural high school physics poor student roundly and systematically.Finally, based on the constructivism theory, psychology theory, Bloom’s mastery learning theory and metacognitive theory, and aiming at these above factors to explore the corresponding countermeasures.Finally, we applied some teaching methods and transformation strategy in this paper to teaching practice. Through the rural high school classroom observation, practice,investigation and test scoresstatistics, we found that those physical poor students’ academic performance were improved.But, on the one hand, due to the limited research level, through the practice in rural high school physics poor student there are still some aspects to failed to improve; on the other hand, due to the period of the investigation and practice is short, there are many problems to failed to be found, certificated, and resolved. This is also deficiency in this article, and is the author needs to continue to work hard in the future direction.
