21st century talent development in the new century, universal cultivation of talents in the development of the first place, in the face of 21 st century, the political, economic and social challenges posed by the rapid development of information technology, every country in the world in the debugging of the talent through education reform needs changing.Curriculum reform as the core issue of the reform of education has been widely watched.Secondary school courses after decades of change in Mongolia, have made certain achievements for the country’s construction and development, has the talents required. However, with the development of the times and social progress, due to restricted by various factors, on primary and secondary school curricula in the educational reform progress has been relatively slow.By drawing useful experience from foreign secondary school curriculum reforms, with wider vision allows us to analyze the problems of curriculum reform in middle schools of Mongolia, clear and educational reform ideas.
