Class environment structure is complex, there are multiple dimensions, Including internal structure and the corridor, the classroom space, facilities and the layout of the seat class physical environment; Class rules and class training, regular class norms such as management system, rewards and punishment system environment; Class atmosphere, interpersonal relationship and so on class social psychological environment. So we can’t simply emphasize the democratic management, students’ self-management, but from the students in the course of the activities and to grasp the harvest.Elementary school, especially in the lower grades, all aspects of development are still not mature, poor stability and concentration of attention, has no intention of attention is still important; Mind is in a specific image thinking to abstract thinking transition concept to the class and the lack of accurate understanding; Development of social cognition and social interaction has just, but started to develop self-consciousness. So elementary school education teaching activities is not how much emphasis on the student to obtain knowledge, but to let students to participate in self in the process of construction, cultivating their consciousness, initiative, the life habits and study habits, which requires good participation, cooperation ability, and the ability to gratitude and reflection.
