Chinese characters, as an ancient ideographic writing system, it can not only record Chinese language, but also has China five thousand years of cultural heritage. While in Chinese International Education Chinese character occupies a very important position. For no contact with Chinese culture, the students think learning Chinese characters more difficult than learning speaking, listening, reading. Chinese characters are difficult to read, illegible, hard to remember, difficult to write, for foreign students they feels "a big bucket." So, how to effectively solve the problem for foreign students in learning Chinese characters, Chinese international educators must think that important issue, which also relates to the promotion of the cause of Chinese Language Council International.This article is divided into three parts, the first part is an introduction the author summarizes the scholars on the basis of related parts and components of teaching theory, and has been put forward as a core part of Chinese characters were characters instructional design, that can by splitting parts of Chinese characters memorizing Chinese characters, the strokes of the parts into a whole, to reduce the amount of memory the students, helping students to memorize Chinese characters, so that teaching of Chinese characters achieve a multiplier effect, the second part of this paper, the theory component parts of Chinese characters illustrate the practice of teaching and operational feasibility sex, and from the formation of instructional design instructional design elaborate realistic basis, it puts forward the necessity to implement parts of Chinese characters as the core teaching of Chinese characters and advantageous properties.The third part is the focus of this article, the author according to the teaching experience of B-Tech school, Ratchaburi, Thailand with the theory and relying on the "Boya Chinese" teaching material, the implementation part of the core of the teaching methods of Chinese characters and designs related teaching programs, hoping to help students memorize Chinese characters, Chinese language teachers to provide some characters have informative teaching methods.
