In the new curriculum, the language curriculum design objectives, namely knowledge and skills, processes and methods, attitudes and values based on three dimensions. The three goals to become the highlight of the new curriculum, that focus on laying solid foundation knowledge, cultivating practice ability and improve all kinds of quality. The three goals quality of education requires not only reflect but also pay attention to the comprehensive development of educational philosophy to be accepted by the majority of teachers. According to curriculum requirements, teachers should develop in the new Concept-round development of talent, but some problems and confusion in the design and implementation of three goals in the process, affecting the effective realization of three-dimensional object. Language teaching three-dimensional object is the starting point for teaching activities, educational philosophy is to set up a bridge and classroom practice, but also the specific implementation of the concept of education in teaching practice, so to achieve a three-dimensional puzzles of language teaching research objectives. The promotion of classroom teaching is of great significance.In this study, a Primary School X in Xi’an as a case, selected 10 school language teachers as the main object of study, through observation, interviews and text analysis methods to understand the whole process of the implementation of three-dimensional object,which is selected teachers and classroom teaching basic concepts, Researchers will have a three-dimensional concepts of language to define objectives, and in accordance with the relevant theoretical research of existing three goals and three goals achievable and practical data collected from a Primary School language teachers in understanding the three-dimensional target deviation Design issues, implementation and evaluation of the limitations of the three aspects to sort out. The goal of the design problems of general form stiff and teaching the starting point of the three aspects of the dispute; the emphasis on the implementation of the one-dimensional target and ignore the other two-dimensional evaluation of the limitations of ignoring integration, and emphasis on the pursuit of a standard one-way four aspects of a detailed combing.Summed up the impact of language teaching three-dimensional.The Primary School achievement of objectives puzzled main reasons:first, for objective reasons, including the factors affecting personnel selection system and evaluation system of school education, the school space of teaching, classes culture and collective classes orientation three factors. Followed by subjective reasons, school leadership management concepts, the level of influence from the teachers, including teachers ’professional knowledge, personality characteristics of teachers, teachers’ attitudes, etc., in addition to the factors affecting students, education experts and parents level. Through in-depth analysis and research discovery, the researchers further promote the realization of three-dimensional.The Primary School language teaching goals as the following recommendations:First, to accelerate the pace of school reform. Second, to enhance teachers’ ability to build a platform. Third, promote the realization of instructional design capabilities. Fourth, insist diversified teaching evaluation. Fifth, strengthen the conversion of school and parents and guide interactive educational philosophy. Sixth, link education researchers and practitioners together.
