In the developm ent of childhood will hav e a significant impact of the ind ividual future social comm unication, personality, emotion, intelligence developm ent. Therefore, the development of early childhood education can not only prom ote the development of preschool children’s physical and mental health, but also conducive to let children to lay a good foundation for the de velopment of the society in the future, directly related to the interests of the people, and the future of the country.This year, with the developm ent of urba nization in our country, each big city are facing the kinder garten "kindergarten crunch" problem. In view of the ch ildren "kindergarten crunch" problem, the state is not only in the policy to be taken, but also give full support in finance. However, to solve the "adm ission" does not m ean to solve the problem of early childhood educa tion, kindergarten management is bad but also related to the real effectiveness of early childhood education.Through the investigation on the spot, with SH of the She nyang city kindergarten management as an example, on the existe nce of kindergarten management problems are analyzed, pointing out that the current kindergarten management there still exist some problems, the construction of specifi c performance in the domestic laws and regulations are not perfect, promulgated by the central and local each kindergarten management policy the legislative level is low, the education a dministration department not enough em phasis on early childhood education, policy and financial support is not enough; kindergarten management work has been greatly influenced by the education administrative department, officer based thinking park m anagers more serious; kindergarten itself not a sound syst em, specifically manifested in the lack o f democratic system of kindergarten, evaluation system is not reason able, the teacher incentive system is not reasonable; m anagers of their own quality still need further improvement, between managers and teachers lack of communication.To solve the problems in the current kindergarten management work, mainly from the following several aspects to put forward some suggestions on how to improve the management of kinder garten construction work: the country should accelerate the related laws and regulations, to strengt hen the guidance and supervision of the kindergarten management through legislation; adm inistrative departments of education should be decentralized kindergarten management power to a certain extent, self management support and improve the supervision of the kinder garten, kindergarten management work; kinder garten office park itself should also changeideas, strengthen the m anagement system construction and im provement; further strengthen the m anagement of the park workers education and training, to further improve the kinder garten management worker management ability, so as to be tter complete the kinder garten management work, prom ote further developm ent kindergarten.This paper mainly takes SH kinder garten in Shenyang as an exam ple, through the analysis of the SH kinder garten management present situation, understanding of domestic kindergarten management problems, and give suggestions for improvement, by improving the management of the kindergarten, preschool education environment optimization, so as to improve the quality of preschool education.
