In order to adapt to economic globalization and knowledge economy in the 21st century society, as well as the humanism and postmodern cultural ideological trend, our country chose the "people-oriented", building an "innovative country", implement the "science and education" and "people power" as the strategy. "Innovative" and "creativity", "innovation", "creative potential" and "creative" and other different words were used in the book《The compulsory education Chinese course standard》 of 2011. Reviews the development progress from innovation education to the reading teaching, summarizes the gain and loss of the existing research and puts forward the basic idea of research.The first part provides theory support and practical significance for junior middle school language reading teaching innovation.
