Along with our country economic transitional period, the economic growth mode from dependence on Labor are driven to rely on human capital, innovation, the key talent. Based on the cognition of the importance of talents for economic development, more and more regions and cities, to join in the competition for talent wars. In recent years, many local governments are on the increase amount of talent, improve the comprehensive quality, improve talent development environment to live and made a series of efforts, has offered a lot of talent training, talent introduction of preferential policies and measures. And compared with the back talent, talent attraction, talent introduction of such a move, because can increase the amount of talent in the short run, play a role of talent, improve the local influence, become a local government one of the most common decision-making in talent, talent introduction and incentive policy, to attract a large number of outstanding talents to enter the region.In this paper, using structure analysis method, through economics, demography, psychology, human resources management theory, analysis the current situation of the talent introduction of Yangzhou, the existence question and the reason, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. In this paper, the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, the related research both at home and abroad and the research content and methods, etc., which leads to the main content. The second part is the talent introduction of related theory, analyzes the relations between talents and economic and social development, discusses the necessity of introducing talents. The third part for the present situation of the talent introduction of Yangzhou, through Yangzhou talent introduction of relevant policies and measures, analyses the main characteristics of talent introduction. The fourth part analysis the main problems of talent introduction of Yangzhou. The fourth part to clarify the main reasons for the problems.
