Analysis Of The "Golden Ten Points" Of The New Talent Policy In Tai'an City

Over the years,all parties have attached more importance to attract talents,and it is also a hot topic to introduce the talent,On the one hand,human resources have become the first resource to promote technological innovation and economic development from the perspective of the role of the talents.On the other hand,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,the Party Central Committee pays much attention to the work of talents.In this context,it is extremely urgent and necessary to analyze and research on the introduction of new talents in Tai'an City.This paper focused on the "Golden Ten Articles" of Tai'an Talents New Deal,used investigate and survey methods,literature methods,and theoretical analysis methods to extensively collect the relevant content of "Golden Ten Articles" of Tai'an Talent New Deal and relevant information about talent introduction at home and abroad through the literature review;grasped the thoughts and ideas of Taian talents to introduce potential objects and import the ideas and thoughts of the objects,and accumulate first-hand information through questionnaire survey;Through theoretical analysis,use the expectation theory,two-factor theory and goal setting theory in motivation theory to analyze the Tai'an talent new policy.The content of this paper comes in three parts.The first part explained the research background and purpose,sorted out the research at home and abroad,explained the research content,ideas and methods,and clarified related concepts and theories.The second part briefly introduced Tai'an talent new policy.The background and related content of the “Golden Ten” policy;the third part,analyzed the “Golden Ten Articles” of the Tai'an Talent New Deal based on the motivation theory and the results of the questionnaire survey.First,it explained the overall situation of the questionnaire survey;Secondly,introduced the advantage of the Tai'an talent new policy;Thirdly,clarify the disadvantages of the policy again;Finally,come up with their own opinions and suggestions for improving the policy.
