| At present,China’s economic development has entered into the new normal of shifting gear and lifting quality.Whether we can adapt to the new requirements under the new normal and remain invincible in the new round of international competition depends in the final analysis on the construction of talent team.As the only approved pilot zone for the transformation of new and old driving forces in China,J city of shandong province has undertaken the important task of the transformation of new and old driving forces,and the introduction of talents has become an important guarantee for its high-quality economic development.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),there has been a nationwide battle for talents,and a series of policies for talents have been introduced in J city.However,compared with the pioneer cities such as hangzhou,wuhan and xi ’an,it started late and has not achieved the scale effect of talent introduction.Some people believe that the poor effect of talent introduction in J city is mainly due to the fact that the income of talents is still not in line with that of cities at the same level.Through data analysis,it is found that the income level of talents in J city is at a lower level than that of other cities at the same level,and the actual income is generally expected to be lower.In terms of talent introduction,although the number of talent introduction is at the average level,there is a tendency to accelerate the outflow,and the outflow pressure of high-end talents is greater.In this context,based on the reality of J city,this paper carries out the research on the problems and countermeasures of talent introduction in J city from the perspective of talent income.Based on the preliminary investigation,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the employed personnel and relevant personnel of the human resources department in the enterprises of J city to analyze the influence weight of various factors such as talent income on the employment and life process of talent selection in the city,so as to further explore the influence trend of talent income on the effectiveness of talent introduction in J city.In addition,learning from the experience of advanced cities at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve talent income and promote talent introduction in J city.In the introduction,the background and significance of the topic are briefly explained,the relevant research is summarized,the research ideas and methods are determined,and the innovation and difficulties of the research are listed.In the related concept and the theory foundation has carried on the definition to the related concept,has elaborated the related talented person introduction theory.After the income and the present situation of the talent introduction expounds the talents,and through the investigation and study,in the form of questionnaire survey and based on the results of the questionnaire and feedback information to analyze the income of talent J city of talent agglomeration effect,the problems existing in the mining,further use for reference the experience of leading cities,and in view of the problems put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of immediate and long-term.According to the full text of the study,the efficiency of talent introduction in J city is relatively general,and the pressure of talent outflow is great.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and innovate from the perspectives of settling down,settling down,salary incentive,and transformation of human resources market.In this way,we can make up the shortage of talent income of city J and solve some problems of talent introduction in city J,so as to lay a foundation for the new growth drivers to be replaced and the sustainable and healthy economic development of city J. |
