| This research is the empirical research of the situation and educational intervention for the marginalized children. By using methods like observation, interviews, Action research method etc. we intermediate the real situation of a kindergarten marginalized child in the class. The presence of the marginalized children has brought some confusion and challenges for the teacher’s daily work. Their various inappropriate behaviors make them become the "special children" in the teacher’s eyes, and the "alone child" in their partner’s eyes. Base on the basic facts of the deviant behavior and communication difficulties with partners by marginalized children, in this study, a three-mouth educational intervention has been carried out on an intermediate marginalized child, in order to cultivate their good behavior, increase the frequency and quality of its interactive companion. In this research, the action research method will be used. By means of "social learning theory" by Albert Bandura, we set up the model for the marginalized children. Base on the Neo-behaviorism by B. F. Skinner we use positive reinforcement methods to consolidate good habits of the marginalized children, in order to improve the awareness of the rules of the marginalized children. Reasonable we use the resources of the parents, work together to implement the individual education plan for marginalized children. Based on the research results we have the following conclusions:By means of the cooperation of researchers, teachers and parents, the marginalized children have made significant progress. In the normal educational institutions there are still many marginalized children, who cannot have their proper attention and education. If the children with special educational needs live long-term in an external environment with ecological imbalance, their marginalized tendencies will be exacerbated. From the perspective of education the researchers presented some recommendations for kindergarten, educators and parents, aimed to improving the living situation of the marginalized children. |
