The continuous development of the media industry makes human life more colorful, but also the people are involved in the maelstrom of media and information. Young people who are short of mature mind are easily lead to disorientation and adverse consequences. It is necessary for young people to positively and healthy guide, so media literacy education is coming. However, in our country, media literacy courses are not included in the basic education. Some schools such as the first high school in QingZhou, Shandong Province, Beijing black sesame alley primary school offer media literacy courses on their own. This study is based on the growth needs of high school students, and releases a model of school-based curriculum about media literacy, at the same time, the course merges some local characteristics. The research methods include the methods of literature study and practice research.In this study:1, under the guidance of the basic principles of Curriculum and Instruction by Taylor, the course is prepared; 2, based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign media literacy education and media literacy courses, I explore culture objectives and content structure about the media literacy courses; 3, as the core of the growing demand for high school students in my school, and as a carrier of JiangNing local features gold foil, school-based curriculum objectives about media literacy and learning modules are built; 4,the process of curriculum implementation promotes the reflection, inspects the curriculum design and will optimize the content.The results of the present study are that the goals of media literacy education for the students in the high school are clearer, and that the student’s personality is developed. Besides these, the concept of courses is updated, and the teacher also acquires developments.
