The 21st century, the rapid development of information technology make human society entered the comprehensive information, make the education on the wings to fly, also make the education reform and development is full of challenges. Information technology application in the education teaching has changed the way of school education and students’ learning, the change to the teachers and students in a fresh way, stimulate the application of information technology teachers and students in the course learning interest and enthusiasm, to promote the discipline teaching reform.Mathematics teaching reform of the hot spots are still focused on the integration of information technology and mathematics curriculum. Curriculum integration of implementing quality education and cultivating innovative talents is of great significance. So for information technology and mathematics curriculum integration of research and thinking, for education workers is one of the important way to keep pace. This article through to the literature, in combination with the current rural middle school information technology and mathematics curriculum integration of the status quo and the existing confusion, through the investigation of rural teachers’ information technology application abilities, such as analysis summarizes the influence the cause of the rural middle school information technology and mathematics curriculum integration, mainly from the following aspects:(1) the differences between the geographical environment and the local educational ideas of the school;(2) the teachers’ team constitution and the personal cognition degree, the application level of the information technology, the ability of integrating the practice course and so on;(3) school students apply the knowledge and skills of information technology;(4) the construction and the reserve of the educational resources of the school informationization education.Based on the above reasons, combined with the rural middle school information technology and mathematics curriculum integration mode of practice, this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1) the school education informatization construction of both hardware and software, to narrowing the difference of the external environment;(2) in the school education informatization change education concept, accurately grasp the connotation of curriculum integration;(3) strengthen the training and implementation of teachers’ information technology application ability, improve the ability of teachers in curriculum integration and level;(4) pay attention to cultivate and develop students’ information technology literacy;(5) establish and improve the school education informatization teaching repository.
