To meet the needs of different subjects is the value of education in the new period. Teaching as ontology of education development, all the concept, meaning and value of education are reflected through teaching activities. Learning case teaching is a product of curriculum reform, it tries to change the traditional classroom teaching mode of teacher excessive control and teacher teach student accept. It also tries to highlight the status of "learning", and imagine guiding students to learn independently. However, "popular" and "risk" exist simultaneously. The guiding case is excessive used, the practice not only makes guiding case not to play its natural advantages but also binds the teachers and students, restricts the development of the teachers and students creative ability.Inter-subject guidance learning theory is thoughtful, it break the "subject object" opposite pattern, showing a very advanced and superior conception of education and teaching, it has a great influence on the whole educational and teaching activities since it was produced. Considering this, the paper tries to base on inter-subjectivity guidance learning theory, adopt observation, investigation, textual analysis and other research methods, reveal the guiding case teaching of predicament, dissect the concept of reason why cause the predicament in guiding case teaching. At the same time, the paper makes an advice of concept construction path in order to break the practical predicament of guidance case teaching, improve teaching effect.The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the guided learning case teaching background, digs into the common thinking point between inter-subject guide learning theory and guiding case teaching, and combines inter-subject guide learning theory with guiding case teaching as a growth point. The part also introduces significance of the research in theory and practice, sorts out the development skeleton of guiding case teaching by reading relevant information. From a new perspective——inter-subject guidance learning theory to analyze the guiding case teaching, according to the need of research, clarify the research ideas, select appropriate research methods.Secondly, the paper explains the inter-subject guidance learning theory and its value. This section explores the inter-subjectivity research history and development skeleton, through sorting Western literature and Eastern literature defines the basic connotation of inter-subjectivity in this research, inter-subjectivity exists in different subjects, show a mutual equality, mutual understanding and mutual fusion, two-way interactive, active dialogue communication characteristics and relationship in language and behavior. Inter-subjectivity is consensus among different subjects and present consistent performance among different subjects.This part also expounds the inter-subjects guidance learning theory and its value in logical thinking, teaching objective, teaching process, teaching methods, teaching evaluation, the relationship between teachers and students and other aspects. The inter-subject guidance learning theory is the basic theory for guiding the case teaching, the final purpose is to promote the construction of the relationship between teachers and students and enhancing the teaching effect.Once again, the paper comprehensively analyses the guiding case teaching practical predicament. Through reading the guiding case teaching literature data, surveying the teachers and students that using guiding case, observing the guiding case teaching classroom, reveals the guiding case teaching practical predicament in situation, design, application, evaluation and other aspects, such as the guide of learning plan has no situation, the same design, in the use of "alienation", "guide" and "learn" isolated, teaching result formalized and so on. These are the realistic predicament of the guiding case teaching, this paper also tries to solve these problems.Then, the paper analyses the reason of guiding case teaching dilemma by inter-subject guidance learning theory. Based on inter-subject guidance learning theory, this section profoundly reflects the reason of guiding case teaching realistic predicament. The paper rethinks the reason from guiding case teaching occurrence conception, teaching values, the teaching process conception, teaching mode, the relationship between teachers and students and other aspects. Among them, the misconception and utilitarianism of value orientation are main reason for its predicament.Finally, this paper regards inter-subject guidance learning theory as guiding thought, to realize the conception reconstitution of guiding case teaching predication. This article from the inter-subject guiding learning starting to reconstruct the guiding case teaching, the reconstruction develops from four aspects, such as clarify understanding, guide the value, definite goals and construct the path, focus on enhancing teachers’ comprehensive ability, improving the students’ subjectivity and to construct teacher-student inter-subject relationship to realize the development between inter-subjectivity guidance learning theory and guiding case teaching. Promoting the integration of theory and practice of education, realize the guiding case teaching and inter-subject guidance learning theory win-win development, to make the two complement bring out the best in each other.
