With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, human intelligence structure of modern society has put forward higher requirements, so it must pay more attention to penetration,cross and combination between the disciplines in order to develop employees’ overall quality and comprehensive ability. Modern vocational colleges focus on training talents with innovative technical skills for industrial transformation, upgrade, and the technological innovation needs, which promotes the joint of professional settings and industrial layout, curriculum and professional standards as well as the teaching process and the production process in order to achieve the integration and development of vocational education system, the modern industrial system, and the public service system. In recent years, the country has been encouraging full implementation of quality education in vocational colleges, deepening the comprehensive reform of the field of education, and striving to cultivate students with all-round qualities. The classroom teaching as a core activity and the main form of teaching has a direct impact on the quality of training, education and teaching reform practice. Only concrete, effective change in the classroom level can truly improve the quality of education and teaching so that every student needed in business and social aspects makes progress, vocational graduates required truly become the first line of application-oriented skilled personnel to meet the needs of society.This study analyzes and summarizes the infiltrative teaching experience at home and abroad by utilizing the relevant educational theory and philosophy, combined with current status of higher vocational colleges, higher social requests for technological talents, the self-development of vocational college students and students’ employment direction in Kunming Vocational and Technical college in order to see the teaching experience as the breakthrough point. The penetration mode used by chemistry teaching is not only in Metallurgical Professional but also in other related majors.The teaching model bases on "what students miss",“what modern enterprises requires", and "what to penetrate", focuses on the mutual penetration of unstructured knowledge and higher vocational chemistry structural knowledge, such as environmental education, quality education, ideological education, legal education, humanistic education, emotional education, life education and practical education and so on. By doing so, not only can it excite the vocational college students interest in learning chemistry knowledge, improve students’ learning ability and practical ability in higher vocational college and help them to establish a correct life and value positively in order to promote the teaching effect and quality in the true sense so as to achieve the modern social demand for talents structure.
