Study On The Emplementation Of The Talents Cultivation Modes In Higher Vocational Education

With the rapid development of China’s economy, relying on the information technology and the optimised and upgrading traditional industry, high tech skill are emerging with the corresponding demand for various types of highly skilled personnel greatly enhanced. Modern higher vocational education in our country has undergone nearly 20 years of rapid development, over 1300 schools with tens of millions of enrolled students. Under the support of governments at all levels, the vocational colleges’ basic educational conditions are greatly improved.Although the exploration of the training mode of vocational education has never stopped, compared with the social development demand for application-oriented talents, there is still no relatively complete and reasonably structured training model as well as an effective mechanisms for sustainable talents cultivating,which objectively restricting the healthy development of higher vocational education. How to take the initiative to adapt to the social demand, increase the intensity of reform, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation on connotation construction and improve the quality of education has become a top priority of Higher Vocational Education Development. Therefore, this article studiesand explores a sustainable operation mode which is suitable for our national conditions, economic development and schools’ practical operation, trying to analyze the current situation of higher vocational education, thus to further clarify the present problems of the higher cocational deucation. It is an exploration of the present situation and the essence of the higher vocational education, which has certain guidance function to the effective realization of the training target of higher vocational education.Applying literature study, questionnaire, interview, empirical analysis and other methods,the article consists of five parts: The first part is an introduction, summarising the background, significance&research methods, research content, research innovation and difficulties; the second part is the theoretical basis of the definition and the related concepts; the third part is the reasent situation of talents cultivating under higher vocational education and the existing problems; the fourth part is the practice and analysis on sustainable talents cultivation modesl of Jiangsu City Vocational College; the fifth part is some recommendation on innovation strategy of talents cultivation modesl of higher vocational education. The ultimate purpose of this article is to propose, by studying the reasons of restriction on sustainable talents cultivation modes under higher vocational education, proceeding from the basic theory of human resources development, some coping strategies on sustainable model construction of vocational education from the macro and micro levels.
