Since the past our teachers’ training mode is: university education institutions set up the teacher education standards, and then clear through the fine classification, system of education and training, and create a professional education quality of middle school teachers. But on the cultivating the morality, intelligence and physique, us, fatigue all-round development and professional innovation "under the new era of talent demand This kind of training mode of industrialization, instrumental, weak teachers education is scientific and humanism, also do not conform to the new age concept of talent cultivation. Therefore, research how to reform the old mode of education, improve the level of teacher education training, train new talents can meet the demand of new era background is a key topic to teacher education.
