Under the background of new era, in the 21 st century, " relying on science and education talent "as the only way for the rise of the Chinese nation. For this education first, training high quality and professional teachers become the inevitable requirement of talent cultivation and pursuit. Since the past our teachers’ training mode is: university education institutions set up the teacher education standards, and then clear through the fine classification, system of education and training, and create a professional education quality of middle school teachers. But on the cultivating the morality, intelligence and physique, us, fatigue all-round development and professional innovation "under the new era of talent demand This kind of training mode of industrialization, instrumental, weak teachers education is scientific and humanism, also do not conform to the new age concept of talent cultivation. Therefore, research how to reform the old mode of education, improve the level of teacher education training, train new talents can meet the demand of new era background is a key topic to teacher education. In a wide variety of teacher education reform at present, university and middle school cooperation training outstanding teachers become a very important practice mode. Normal universities cooperate with high school team, training outstanding teachers is one of the focuses of education theory and practice both at home and abroad. Through the university and high school cooperation, to form a learning team, training outstanding teachers, to middle school teachers’ professional development, the improvement of middle school education teaching has irreplaceable function; however, the current team cooperation mode is still in the initial exploration stage, there are many obstacles in practice.The full text is divided into five chapters:First chapter for the problem put forward with the literature review and research methods;The second chapter for the basic theory of geography learning teamwork, mainly introduces the teacher professional development theory, organizational behavior theory, etc;The third chapter for geography study team cooperation mechanism, from the particularity of geography, the current domestic education environment- the possibility of geographic team produce; Middle school teachers, university teachers and students’ difficulties and needs- the necessity of geography learning team, is described in two aspects, the geographic study team cooperation mechanism; The fourth chapter for the current situation of the team cooperation, Yunnan normal university were introduced from different angles and the surrounding middle school or teacher studio built geographical study team cooperation;The fifth chapter is the influence of problems, and dealing with the status qua of countermeasures proposed in this paper.
