The importance of education can not be ignored, which is the guarantee for the Chinese nation to continue to prosper and to advance the social progress.. Eighteen the people’s guarantee that we should do everything we can to satisfy the people’s education. To accelerate the development of education in the minority areas is an important decision of the Central Committee and an important measure to develop the minority areas. As the important minority area of our country, Tibet has a special significance, the development of the education in Tibet has a direct influence on the cultivation of the talents in Tibet area.. As part of the education system, Tibetan Colleges and universities are not only a high-quality talent aggregation and the cradle of high-quality talent development and training base, in the innovation system in Tibet has a pivotal position, and play a key role.To improve the quality of higher education, building a high level of Characteristic University, the key is to build a high-quality, professional teachers team. Tibet University is the Tibet region is the only national "211 Project" key comprehensive university, the number of teachers, the number of the students in Tibet University accounted for than most, for the study of development of teacher education of Tibet University has high research significance and research value.
