In the 21 st century, with the speeding of globalization, countries started to pay attention to their own national culture, especially the native into the cultural inheritance. People gradually realized that a nation can’t have no culture of their own.classics of sinology as a literary treasures, is the essence of the Chinese nation traditional culture, its content is extensive and profound, contains rich humanistic spirits, and is a good moral character formation and all-round development of effective carrier of the student. Holding Classics reading activities in the primary school is good for carrying forward the fine tradition of the Chinese nation culture and cultivating patriotic emotion, is beneficial to improve the students’ humanities accomplishment and aesthetic temperament and interest; it makes them form a correct outlook on life, values and world view. Now around the country are holding elementary Chinese classics reading activities. In the eastern region, Chinese classical education prevalent has formed a systematic research on the theory and strategy. But due to the differences between cultural development and economic conditions in the eastern region, it led to the unbalanced development of urban and rural education,especially in the remote and backward mountainous areas.Because there is a gap of the education resources, teachers’ level, and environment of family, it ignores the importance of Chinese classical education. Mountainous boarding children are mostly left-behind children, they are educated very difficultly by their grandparents, and their parents ‘cultural quality is very low, not only they have no time to take care of their children, but also not to mention the students to read the Chinese classic tutorial, so adjusting measures to local conditions is suitable for the Chinese school-based curriculum for a boarding primary school. Chinese classical education has important significance to implement after boarding, classical Chinese study as school-based curriculum development, the children’ reading literacy, and traditional culture in the school is given priority to with the teacher counseling platform. This article mainly evaluates, analyzes and puts forward our own views and opinions in several aspects through investigating the reading present situation of the mountainous primary school,and the Chinese classical significance on the development of school-based curriculum content, curriculum implementation of the strategy and method.
