In 2013 the ministry of education survey shows enrollment in higher education has reached 30 percent.The popularization process of higher education is quickly,There has been structural contradictions of employment.The Main reasons are:perfect employment policy, labor market supply and demand imbalance,lack of college graduates employment service system,the employer’s employment outlook error and so on,So that you can accept a limited number of community college students.Although the education spending has increased steadily, the employment issues,which can not be well resolved,It causes significant waste of educational resources,harm the interests of millions of students and their families,and also cause a variety of negative social phenomenon.The problems reflect the development process of China’s higher education,it is not conducive to the development of colleges and universities in transition.How to solve this problem it is particularly important.As a comprehensive university,A University is a large-scale University.Because its disciplines are more complete,A university is typical.This paper select A university as a research object,so that we can find the big difference between different professional employment rate,the Engineering professional employment rate is generally higher than other basic liberal arts professional employment rate,and the professional employment rate of the same subject is also different.There are many reasons for this phenomenon,The main reason is:first,the university professional setting is unreasonable,all courses lagged behind the market demand,it is hardly to cultivate innovative talents.Secondly,the students’ employment environment is not good enough.The Government employment policy service system is not perfect,the employment and Guidance in universities is not good,and employer employment outlook is distorted.These reasons are a barrier to employment for college students.And cooperation between the government,universities,employers is poor.Finally,there is a big different problem by the students themselves.They are reluctant to engage in grass-roots work.These ideas affect employment orientation Students.This study looks at the reality of the situation to analyze the relevant reasons,and Learn from the United States,Britain, Germany, Japan’s employment policy,then proposes an improved professional settings,to improve the employment environment,to change the concept of employment and other suggestions,to help students’ employment work smoothly.
