Rural And Urban College Students’ Employment Differences Research

Employment is vital to people’s life,the scale,the basis of social harmony.Full employment is the important responsibility of the government.University students’ employment relationship to the state of harmony and stability,relationship to the national economy and people’s life. Entering the21st century,along with our country the massive expansion of higher education,college students’employment problem cause the extensive concern of the government and the social form all walks of life.But this problem is not enough attention among academics,research from quantity to quality in short supply.Therefore,research on the rural and urban differences in college students’employment has important significance and realistic value.In this study,on the basis of relevant research results at home and abroad,to the class of2013university graduates as the research sample.Under the guidance of urban and rural dual economic structure theory,this study adopts the use of interactive analysis,factor analysis,variance analysis,data analysis methods,by spss17.0statistical software for survey statistics and analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The rural and urban college students’employment preparation exist obvious difference.2.Rural and urban college students career experience exist obvious difference.3.The result of the rural and urban college students’first employment exist obvious difference.Through the research on the related issues to discuss,and based on the research conclusion,provide effective suggestions for the college graduates employment problems.l.The perfect social security system construction,measures to ensure fair employment.2.The establishment of rural special funding system for college students,intensify related policy tile.3. The perfect career education,raise the level of employment service. In this study,there are still some deficiency in the process of research,except in the future can be improved.
