Research On The Problem Of Contemporary College Students’ Employment

In recent years, with China’s expanding the scale of higher education, a growing number of college graduates, higher education has shown the popular trend of development, but the college students, the employment situation is not ideal, with the deepening of China’s economic system reform, the employment situation for college graduates is becoming more and more serious, the employment pressure increases gradually. In this case, the traditional employment concept and modern concepts of conflict so that students must locate afresh oneself viewpoint of value, which caused some new problems. From an objective perspective, changing students’ employment concept to solve the employment problem of college graduates has very important significance. In this paper the author of Tianjin Ocean Career Academy college graduates were investigated in this study, through the analysis of survey data, to understand the current situation of employment value of college students, and further to explore the existing problems and causes, and put forward their suggestions and countermeasures. Is designed for modern college students to provide a reference, and for China’s ideological and political education and value education help.This article mainly includes five parts:The first part is introduction; The second part is the definition of the concept of university graduates’ employment concept; The third part is the questionnaire survey, and combined with the statistical data, the current international financial crisis under the background of our college students’ employment concept current situation undertook an analysis, pointed out the existing positive points and problems; The fourth part is about the current college student employment view question’s reason analysis. The author think through the analysis on the current employment viewpoint of university students major influences include four aspects, namely, the society, school, family and oneself; The fifth part is the countermeasure and suggestion, the author through the above analysis, from four aspects of the university students’ employment concept change proposals and Countermeasures.
