A Study On The Management Of Higher Vocational Education In Hunan Province

Recent years, Hunan Province’s higher vocational students’ financial management carrying out strict management according to the national laws and regulations, and adopted a series of effective measures to actively support the student, which has made some progress and achievements. But, there are some problems in work is still in urgent need to solve. This article mainly to analysis and put forward relevant improvement methods and countermeasures through to the Hunan higher vocational education funding management related problems. Aims to build a complete set of higher vocational education fund management system, and promote the steady development of the higher vocational education in Hunan province, provide theoretical basis and practical basis to our country’s higher professional colleges and universities student financial assistance management work reform.In this paper, Huaihua vocational and technical college as an example, analysis of the current situation of higher vocational education in our country fund management through questionnaire investigation and points out the problems existing in the higher vocational education funding management, including:problems in the laws and regulations, issues in fund input, capital source of the problem, issues in defining the standard, the problems in the supervision mechanism, the problems of student loans, and which analyzed the reason from two aspects of the external environment and internal conditions. Finally, puts forward the countermeasures of the problem. Pointed out that to perfect the Hunan higher vocational education funding management, must make effective and reasonable countermeasures of optimization evaluation system, optimizing the external environment, and create better internal conditions.
