With the continuous expansion of China’s higher education, college graduates "employment" problem has attracted many attentions of the society from all walks of life. In 2015, the new 7.49 million university graduates with the past has not been superimposed makes the employment of graduates employment "there is no the hardest, only more difficult". Underdeveloped Regions Universities most visibility in the community is not high; students in the job can use limited social resources; education level led to poor graduates,"employment firce" is not strong; regional economic backwardness and other reasons lead to limited ability to absorb talents employment of graduates in the region more difficulty. How to crack the problem of university graduates "employment" from less developed areas, has become a hot spot of current research, has great practical significance and theoretical value.This paper uses the method of literature analysis, data analysis, questionnaire survey,field interview and other research methods, comb in underdeveloped regions in the undergraduate course graduate employment difficult problem on the basis of research achievements, to delve into the problem. Based on the analysis of the supply and demand of human resources market in Shangluo area, the present situation of human resources in Shangluo is small and micro enterprises, high and new enterprises and service industry have strong demand, but relatively few number of graduates in local jobs. Investigate its reason, poor local higher education lead to the students "labor force" is insufficient, can’t meet the recruitment needs; and the regional economic development is backward, the student in order to avoid the human capital investment risk, the less developed areas of recruitment will not be considered. Our country’s labor market is divided, the national employment policies and regulations are not perfect, the institutional barriers make employment more difficult.Research shows that, government should improve the policy, to eliminate the labor market segmentation on the negative impact of the university students’employment; colleges and universities should be innovation mechanism, improve the quality of personnel training;the graduates should renew the idea, enhance the competitiveness of the employment.From these four dimensions to take measures to solve the problem of "difficult employment" in the underdeveloped areas.
