In the modern school teaching activities, textbooks are main basis for the teachers to teach the students, and to the students it’s also the important virtue in learning activities, textbooks quality affects the quality of teaching, so we must give textbooks quality problems more attention.The compilation of Chinese Textbooks in our country has formed a fixed pattern in the history of precipitation, but the basic education curriculum reform in recent years has made it a great challenge. In order to cope with this kind of challenge and cooperate with the foundation education curriculum reform work, the various parts of the country have sprung up with different versions of Chinese textbooks. In the autumn of 2004, the curriculum standard edition textbooks of high school began to be popularized in four provinces and autonomous regions. In some extent, some new ideas of curriculum reform will be reflected through the textbooks, so study the textbooks of different versions, and think and summary constantly, for textbook revision and improvement of proposed some feasible suggestions, will promote China’s future textbooks prepared for the construction of the development.Since the founding of the People’s Education Press has served as China’s basic education textbooks and other various textbooks research, writing, editing, publishing and pressing, it’s the leading of China’s textbooks, so this paper to PEP in senior Chinese new curriculum before and after the promulgation of a version of the two sets of high school Chinese compulsory textbook: "the full-time ordinary senior middle school Chinese textbook(Compulsory)"(2003 version of the first to sixth volumes)and "curriculum standard of high school Chinese textbook(Compulsory)"(2004version of the first to fifth volumes) as the research object( the former is written according to China’s Ministry of education in 2002 promulgated the "full-time ordinary senior the Chinese Syllabus of middle school", the latter is written according to China’s Ministry of education in 2003 promulgated the "ordinary high school language curriculum standard(Experiment)", so in the following writing content the two sets of textbooks were referred to as the syllabus version of the textbook and curriculum standard textbook), based on the basic education curriculum reform philosophy, using literature research method, quantitative statistical method and comparative study method in the education community high school Chinese textbooks development research situation based on the materials of the whole structure andarrangement of system, the two sets of textbooks for the systematic comparative analysis in comparison based on thinking and summary of future people education press high school language textbook revision and improvement put forward some feasible suggestions, hoping to help people education press high school Chinese textbooks revision and improvement, and promote our country the high school Chinese textbooks construction development in the future.The thesis is divided into six parts:The first part: introduction. This paper introduces the research background,research value, research status, research object and research methods.The second part: the research on the development situation of the Chinese textbooks in senior high school. The main content of the paper includes the introduction of the development course of the Chinese textbooks in senior high school and the key to the compilation of the two sets of textbooks.The third part: the comparative analysis of the whole content structure of the two sets of textbooks. In structure analysis of the overall content of the two sets of textbooks on the basis of a detailed comparison, summarizes the similarities and differences of the two sets of textbooks in the process, evaluate the standard edition textbook and outline edition textbook changes, some problems existing in the two sets of textbooks of, in the process of try of some of the problems put forward a sound method. For example, two sets of textbooks are lack in students themselves evaluation contents testing and edition of three-dimensional teaching target implementation issues.The fourth part: the comparison and analysis of the arrangement system of the two sets of textbooks. Comparison is mainly from the knowledge system of the two sets of textbooks, student system, selection system, practice system expansion, selection system and from the four aspects of the selection of the table of contents, the selection of the genre, the selection of the theme, the selection of the span of time and space expansion to a detailed comparison, summarizes the similarities and differences of the two sets of textbooks in the process, effect evaluation of standard edition textbook is outline edition textbook changes, some problems existing in the two sets of textbooks of, in the process of try of some of the problems put forward a sound method. For example, two sets of textbooks co exists with the knowledge system of the declarative knowledge to procedural knowledge transformation difficult problem, the problem of lack of educational system, curriculum textbook selection table of contents totalnumber and class arrangements unreasonable and memory exercise proportion reduction will lead to new problems and other issues.The fifth part: in the third and fourth part comparative content analysis based on evaluation the two sets of textbooks, found two sets of textbooks compilation is each have strengths, standard edition textbook in the textbook version of outline based on the development, there are still problems and inadequacies of the proposed recommendations for improvement. At last, this text put forward some feasible suggestions for the compilation of Chinese textbooks in the future, mainly from two aspects: the overall structure of the Chinese textbooks and the arrangement of the system.The conclusion part: summarize the research characteristic and the research result of this paper. In this paper, the study is characterized by the high school language new curriculum promulgated as the boundary points, to our country education agency before and after the promulgation of the new curriculum of the high school language published two sets of Chinese Textbooks in senior middle school as the research object, which in standard edition textbook is the main object of study, to outline versions as the reference object of study, comparison and analysis of the system of longitudinal.Innovation is pointed out that the change in a standard edition textbook edition and analyses its effect; in the process of the two sets of textbooks found some problems and puts forward specific solutions for the future; revised PEP high school textbook perfect put forward some feasible suggestions and tips section(introduction unit the content of a language that tone should be appropriate to transform, to enhance the attractiveness; illustrations should be more rich and colorful, appropriate to add into the student’s self painted illustrations, reinforcement learning fun; increase the number of students to test basic knowledge and objectivity of exercises, exercises to facilitate students self testing; design should be interesting and practical etc.).
