| Establishment and development of high school students’ association respect the objective laws of physical and mental development of students, meet the needs of modern talents of our society, comply with the practical needs of national educatio n reform and development plan. Association management and theory building have been gradually put on the agenda. To strengthen the issues and measures’ study of high school students’ association management has important theoretical value and practical significance on further enriching the association management theory, strengthening the construction of the high school students’ association, improving the management mechanism of high school students’ association.Our high school students’ association has many types. They can be summarized as the type of culture and knowledge, the type of scientific and technological activities, the type of culture and sports’ entertainment, the type of social services commonweal, etc. Being as an organization between formal organizations and informal organizations, high school students’ association has the basic characteristics of autonomy, loose, openness, diversity and fashion, etc. The healthy development of high school students’ association can help to enhance students’ se nse of ownership, to improve students’ comprehensive ability, to promote students’ physical and mental growth. Since 1904, China’s first students’ association named “Anti- Russian blood †has been established, high school students’ association has been enter ing a rapid development period. But it also be faced with some difficulties and problems in the development, mainly as follows: school administrators lacks the degree of emphasis on community, management of students’ association lacks support for instructo r, time, location and funding, organization and management of association system are imperfect, leadership of association is inadequate, approval process of association is not strict, operation mechanism is not standardized and finally incentive and evaluation mechanisms is unreasonable, etc.To solve the above current management issues of high school students’ association, we need to manage the planning, organizing, directing, and control all aspects. Specific measures include the following aspects: We should change ideas and put high school students’ association management position in order, which was incorporated into the system of school social practice management; We should strengthen infrastructure construction to provide a powerful guarantee for the management of students’ association; We should improve the leadership organization and management system of association, develop the management methods of association and strengthen organizational leadership of students’ association; We should actively exp and the communication platform and enrich activities and innovative forms of activities; We should improve approval process of association, construct good operation mechanism of association, pay attention to absorb social resources into participating in ma nagement of students’ association, develop evaluation methods to stimulate teachers to participate in the management of students’ association, create incentives to improve student participation in the management of association and improve the ability of monitoring the management of association. |
