| With the development of quality education and curriculum reform, the senior high schoolstudents’ self-management has become the focus of attention and aroused scholars’ much concern.Education reform requires to foster students’ comprehensive quality, develop students’ dominantposition and put their consciousness of innovation. In senior high school, it’s a key period todevelop students’ self-management. No matter in class, association or self-study, it’s important forstudents to achieve the aim of full development through the way of strengthening students’self-management consciousness, mobilizing their enthusiasm to participate self-management,encouraging them to be the subject of management. Only senior high school students’self-management be concerned, can well-round person be nurtured. Therefore, it’s essential to dothis study.The author investigated theoretical and practical theory, found the existing problems andanalyzed the reasons, then gave advices. The author framed the questionnaire to survey500students from grade one and grade two in S senior high school from one hand, interviewed thesecretary of Youth League Committee, class teachers, teachers in association and students from theother hand, and found that there are some problems in S senior high school.According to the investigation, the author finds that there are some problems in students’self-management in S senior high school, then analyze the reasons in terms of society, school,family and students. At last, the author proposes advises. Firstly, change the current exam-orientedsystem, i.e., change the exam system, renew the idea of talent cultivation, carry out the educationsystem and innovation; Secondly, set out reasonable self-management system, i.e., democraticpolicy-making process, specific contents, automatic implementation process. Thirdly, create idealmanagement environment, i.e., set up favorable environment in school, set up good familyenvironment. Fourthly, attach great importance to the role of family education, i.e., set up thecorrect education ideas, set up scientific ways of education. Fifthly, strengthen students’independence, i.e., develop their learning autonomy, improve their self-managementconsciousness in class. |
