The current university teachers’ professional development has become the premise and foundation of healthy development of colleges and universities, the connotation development of colleges and universities and the improvement of quality has a very important role, national institutions of higher learning in our country during the course of its development, and also the development of the domestic many colleges and universities has a great deal of similarity, experienced a period of extraordinary development, has now entered the school quality connotation development period, during this period, how to promote all nationalities university school of technical secondary school teachers’ professional development, improve their professional level, meet the challenges of the new period, the connotation development of national colleges and universities play an important role, the purpose of this paper is to take the northern national university teacher development as an example, combining the current situation of teachers’ professional development, through the questionnaire survey and the interview form, comprehensive analysis of various factors influencing teachers’ professional development, professional development, put forward suitable for northern university for nationalities in even in the national colleges and universities, the diversified ways and strategies of teacher’s professional development.
