| Along with the continued progress and development of the times, the important role of education is more and more obvious, higher education bears the important task of training senior personnel for the state and society, Charged with the important mission of promoting social development and scientific progress. Because of China’s college enrollment policy, so that the quality of higher education has declined, and the professional development of teachers is increasingly becoming the focus of attention. Teacher professional development research carried out in our country is not a long time, and the research focus in the primary and secondary school teachers, the college teachers professional development research and practice is still immature.In this paper, Zhejiang Normal University, for example, investigate the current situation of the young teacher professional development, identify the problems which exist and try to analyze the problems. The principle of scientific research methods of literature and questionnaire survey, summed up the Chinese university teachers’ professional development in teachers training curriculum, the use of funds and evaluation system, and several other issues. To make recommendations and countermeasures based on these issues, and ultimately achieve the purpose of promoting the professional development of university teachers in China. |
