Foreign career theory research and development has a long history, which has formed a systematic theory. At present, theories on career choice and development include characteristics and factors theory, personality traits and environment matching theory, Process orientation theory, cognitive information processing theory(CIP), and the theory of career anchor. There is no systematic research career education theory; the domestic career education theory research is in its infancy.In order to understand the current situation of career disordered concepts of secondary vocational students in Shenyang, and carry out secondary vocational students’ career planning education preferably and improve their professional competence, adopt the CTI career conception scale which is based on CIP cognitive information processing theory,305 students of secondary vocational school in Shenyang have carried on the questionnaire survey. Using Likert4 point scale scoring method, from gender, origin, grade, professional four aspects analyzes the questionnaire, and used SPSS software for statistics analysis the results of the survey。The analysis results show that the origins have a certain influence on career conception of secondary vocational students. Rural students higher than urban students on the concept of career decision making chaos dimension and commitment anxiety dimension,rural students is lower than the urban students on the concept of career external conflict dimension. The influence of gender on secondary vocational students’ career concept is the most important, boys in the total scores and every dimensions score are higher than girls, and different grade students’ career negative tendency is different. Among them, low high student, school students, the worst grade had certain improvement,students of grade one are the lowest,students of grade two are the most serious,students of grade three have been a certain improvement;Professional in the influence of the concepts of career is most significant to the student. The four mainly involved professional in this study, preschool education major in the total score and scores lowest in all dimensions.Putting forward some suggestions for the secondary vocational school career education which are based on results of the survey of the problems of secondary vocational school career education, Focus on the characteristics of different students in secondary vocational students career concepts, strengthen communications and exchanges with rural students, lower their negative tendencies of career concepts and design suitable personal career planning, Focus on gender differences of career concepts, enhance students’ learning motivation and confidence, internalized learning motivation, according to career concepts characteristics of different grade students to develop career education courses, invite different specialized outstanding graduates back to the school to organize career education seminar, Strengthen the combination of school and family,Play an important role of family education on career planning, strengthen the construction of vocational education teachers, set up a professional career teachers team.
