Through years of teaching practice,the author found that grade eight is a critical period in the polarization of students’ learning.How to avoid the polarization of students,how to make the individual students have a better grasp of the knowledge point,this is the problem that this study hopes to solve.This research mainly adopts literature research method and statistical analysis method.First of all, the eight grades of various knowledge points selected related exercises to prepare a test volume, and then use these papers to the school grade eight a class of 38 students to test, so as to collect data; Secondly, using statistical models of these data correlation analysis, analysis of the degree of correlation between the knowledge points, determine the sequence of counseling knowledge point, through the cluster analysis of these data, determine the need of individualized counseling, using integer programming model determined best personalized counseling program.Finally, put forward teaching strategies for personalized counseling.Through the study, a part of the students to some knowledge point to grasp more thoroughly, more thorough, more solid,at the same time reduce the burden of students and teachers.
