With the gradual development of the society, increasing competition intensity and emerging problems puts everyone under increasing pressure in our country, and give rise to various kinds of psychological problems. At present, the main problem in the field of mental health in our country is the way of intervention, which gradually exposed some problems to be noticed in practice. Therefore, the development of orientation, through the point of the intervention of the psychological problems to prevent, can be used as an effective supplement to the problem oriented approach.The high grade students in primary school have a certain understanding ability and a great plastic space due to the rapid development of abstract cognition. Based on the positive psychology, resetting the core concept of several developmental counseling therapies with the breakthrough point of developing positive experience and intervening high grade primary school students can help them to gradually form positive cognitive styles and personality traits, to enhance their psychological immunity and effectively preventing them from serious psychological problems.Self-consciousness is the core content of self, containing personal subjective experience cognition and its content, due to the subjective experience for weights in the diversification of evaluation of the psychological health standard is on the rise, correlation with mental health growing. The measurement of students’ self- consciousness has been able to reflect the degree of psychological development of students to a certain extent, reflecting the effect of the intervention of mental health curriculum.Starting from the study of the orientation of the positive psychology, apply some people the experience oriented psychotherapy in mental health education curriculum, through the experimental method to intervene, supplemented by survey method, interviews and observation of law research, showed that the self-consciousness of the students in the experimental group after the intervention was improved significantly. After the analysis obtained the conclusion of the study are as follows:1. By the curriculum of psychological health education on emotional experience, cognitive style and personality traits of intervention, students’ self- awareness level has been significantly improved. It is proved that these factors of self-consciousness development with strong influence.2. The mental health education curriculum, which is based on the emotional guidance, can attract the students’ interest and get a good effect in the classroom teaching.3. From the perspective of positive psychology of contemporary people the experience psychotherapy to re-examine and integration, construct the good education effect of psychological health intervention program in the aspects of cognition, emotion and behavior, help to improve the psychological health level of the students.4. The positive emotional experience as the core content of the organization’s mental health education curriculum for the development of students’ self-awareness has a good effect of intervention, it is proved that the design of this study is practical and feasible.
