students’ psychology.The multiple values and the flood of ideological trends have intensified the individual psychological contradictions and conflicts,and it is very easy to produce the imbalance phenomenon of physical,psychological and moral development.If the confusion can not get timely guidance,it will be in the youth In the hazy period,it is difficult for middle school students to deal with the unexpected and frequent hidden injuries,which leads to some students’ psychological fragility,confusion and behavior out of control.Middle school has become a high incidence period of psychological crisis.The Ministry of education clearly pointed out in the "guidelines for mental health education in primary and secondary schools" that we should "pay attention to students’ mental harmony and health,strengthen humanistic care and psychological counseling",and put forward the basic principle of "adhering to the combination of development,prevention and crisis intervention".Throughout the current middle school education,mental health work is mostly in the coping stage,paying too much attention to mental diseases and psychological problems,and has not formed a routine,and most of them are fire fighting after the event,with few early prevention.The purpose of mental health education is not only to eliminate symptoms and repair defects,but also to excavate positive psychological elements,stimulate the self prevention mechanism of middle school students’ psychological crisis,supervise the source of psychological crisis,and establish an external early warning mechanism of middle school students’ psychological crisis,and the curriculum is the main position of mental health education.In view of the importance of mental health education for middle school students,the orientation of mental health education work of the Ministry of education and the reality of mental health education in schools,this study makes a beneficial exploration to improve the mental health level of middle school students under the new situation of the existing society and education,and makes a systematic analysis on the construction of mental health education curriculum in high schools under the background of positive psychological theory learning And practice.This study is divided into three parts.Firstly,the mental health diagnostic test(MHT),self-esteem scale,self acceptance questionnaire,Resilience Scale and interpersonal relationship Self-Evaluation Questionnaire were conducted among the freshmen of a high school in Yubei District of Chongqing.The mental health status and related factors of the freshmen were analyzed,which is the basis of school-based curriculum teaching The second is to carry out theoretical study and Research on positive psychology,and carry out curriculum design under this background,including curriculum concept,curriculum objectives,curriculum content and implementation methods.Finally,taking senior one students of a town middle school in Yubei District of Chongqing as the experimental group and another town middle school in Yubei District of Chongqing as the control group,the questionnaire method is adopted,This paper uses "mental health diagnostic test for middle school students(MHT)" to investigate and experiment the mental health status of high school students in two schools,and to evaluate the effect of curriculum implementation.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the "mental health diagnostic test for middle school students"(MHT),"self esteem scale","Self Acceptance Questionnaire","Resilience Scale" and interpersonal Self-Evaluation Questionnaire,it is confirmed that high school students generally have mental health problems such as strong sense of learning pressure,sensitive interpersonal relationship and poor frustration tolerance.The influencing factors come from four aspects: society,school,family and students themselves.(2)Under the background of the concept and research content of positive psychology,the curriculum content of high school mental health education needs to be designed and carried out around the four parts of positive advantage,positive experience,positive response and positive growth,which can significantly improve the level of students’ mental health level.(3)The course of mental health education in senior high school should be completed through the four media of mental health education network,teaching materials,teaching activities and intervention of teaching means.These four media are responsible for the macro discourse environment,text material,practice material and external conditions intervention.It can form a benign education circulation system,help senior high school students to recognize themselves,identify themselves,and establish a correct emotional and psychological adjustment mechanism. |
