With the development and progress of the information society,the competition between countries becomes the competition of talents.Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and is the continuously power of a nation’s prosperity. The young is the hope of innovation but the young training must be based on education.The school is the main place for young people to receive education.While most school take the class teaching as the main teaching form and take the conclusive evaluation that too much emphasis on screening and selection function as the main teaching evaluation.Such as this teaching form and the method of evaluation go against the development of personalized for all students.At the same time, this teaching form and the method of evaluation are not conductive to the implementation of quality education.Considering the differences between students,experts and scholars put forward the stratified teaching model,trying to solve the contradiction both class teaching and the overall development of a student.The layered teaching has obtained certain achievement in the practice application, but at the same time also appeared many problems, such as: "label" to the student.Based on the problems arising from the layered teaching,people introduce the developmental evaluation into the stratification teaching.Stratified teaching is widely applied in the major such as :the language of China、English and Mathematics,but less applied in the information technology discipline.Based on the analysis of the problems in stratified teaching practice,this paper puts forward layered teaching which based on developmental evaluation of the information technology subject in junior.In stratified teaching practice,we use the concept of developmental evaluation to guide the process.This research takes the class seven grade seven which is from Rizhao City X school for research object.This research mainly adopts questionnaire method 、 test volume method 、interviewing method and observational method.According to the teaching practice and theoretical basis,the author establishes the layer teaching mode which is based on the developmental evaluation and under the conditions of class teaching.In this study,the author’s main research work include:1.consult the literature of stratified teaching and summarize stratification teaching information technology courses;2.Design the stratified teaching mode which is based on development evaluation;3.Design the questionnaire before and after the stratification teaching;4.Practice on the layered teaching which is based on the developmental evaluation and design unit test;5.Summarize the layered teaching effect which is based on the developmental evaluation of junior middle school information technology curriculum;6.Summarize the problems which the stratified teaching based on developmental evaluation should pay attention.By comparing with the students’ academic performance and study manner before and after stratified teaching,we can draw the flowing conclusions: the layering teaching based on developmental evaluation can effectively stimulate students learning motivation,improve the students’ comprehensive ability and enthusiasm to participate in classroom teaching actively;At the same time the layering teaching based on developmental evaluation also helps to cultivate the students’ confidence and creativity.In order to reach to the better result of stratified teaching,the teacher should pay attention to the following questions in the process of layering teaching:1.Grasp the connotation of the stratified teaching deeply; 2.Pay attention to the rationality of the classroom task arrangement;3.To strengthen the pertinence of interaction between teachers and students;4.Evaluate students’ progress personally; 5.Pay attention to the students’ changes dynamically。...
