Ministry of education in 2001 officially launched a new round of basic education curriculum reform.The new curriculum reform in the curriculum objectives, curriculum structure, curriculum content, teaching methods, evaluation methods and other aspects have made adjustments to the requirements of the times.At the same time, the development and utilization of curriculum resources have been paid more and more attention.As an important part of curriculum resources, local curriculum resources become an indispensable part of history teachers’ classroom teaching.Local curriculum resources, including the local historical and cultural relics, literature, intangible cultural heritage and other forms. This is in line with the new curriculum standards for the diversification of curriculum resources, teaching forms of diverse requirements.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem in three aspects:A is in the use of local curriculum resources in junior high school history teaching in the value of what is; the second is the junior middle school history teaching in the local curriculum resources development and utilization status quo, there, what kind of problems; the third is in view of the current junior high school history teaching in the local curriculum resources development and utilization situation, thinking we should how to better development and utilization of local curriculum resources, make the benefit maximization. Through the investigation, it is not difficult to find that there are still many problems in the practice of the development and utilization of the local curriculum resources of junior high school in Yangzhou.In this dilemma, the author believes that the development and use of the two aspects should be addressed.To collaborative all the social forces to jointly develop and also to build in history as the development mode of the special history will combination of local curriculum resources development and research of learning.At the same time, we should grasp the classroom and extracurricular two application areas:on the one hand, teachers in the classroom to flexible use of various teaching methods skillfully will involve the local curriculum resources; on the other hand, teachers, school also organized students to zero distance contact local curriculum resources.Full exploitation and utilization of local curriculum resources can not only enrich students’historical knowledge, stimulate students’ interest in learning, change the way of learning, but also can improve students’humanistic quality and enhance patriotic feeling.Throughout the academic circles, the research results about the teaching of local history education are many, but the curriculum resources theory as the theoretical guidance is less, the local history teaching and the local history of the combination of research is even less.This paper focuses on the development and utilization of local curriculum resources in junior middle school history teaching from the perspective of curriculum resources and local history, which has a certain degree of practical innovation in the field of exploration.
