New junior middle school physics course standard puts forward more strict requirements on the instructors, physics teachers need to use a variety of teaching methods, guides the student to change the study way, step by step requires teachers by fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm, in a planned way to guide students to learn, to change the original students rely on teachers, full irrigation teaching type of rigid teaching form, form a highly efficient way of learning autonomy, students, which meet the requirements of the physics course of autonomous, cooperative, exploratory learning. Junior high school physics learning case teaching mode is conform to the requirements. It has changed the traditional teaching form, the teaching of the non-computer majors, the teachers’ sense, actively guide and students autonomous learning with the purpose of the organic combination, so as to achieve a more efficient classroom teaching effect.Under the big background of new curriculum reform, many areas of learning and schools have introduced a case teaching mode, but in the process of practice is more or less have this or that problem, however, the existing guide case related research results, or in the method or in the theoretical basis, or in the design and implementation of guiding and learning case, all from a single involved in some aspect, is not comprehensive system for the teaching practice of guiding case provide strong guidance. Therefore, this article uses the literature method, interview method, observation method, Xining H middle school junior middle school physics in guiding the design and implementation of the case study, in order to deep tracing and analysis, through case teaching practice for the junior high school physics learning to provide comprehensive and systematic theoretical basis, to guide the promotion and use of case teaching to provide a degree of judgment.The author firstly on the basis of summarize a large number of relevant literature, to this research laid the theoretical basis of the full. After enriched the theoretical basis, the author deeply H in Xining city middle school is a junior high school physics learning case design and implementation of the track on a semester of cases.
