The purpose:This study based on the male rat experiment in different time of aerobic exercise intervention, observation analysis by the important and change of the male hormone testosterone synthetase, and to explore the different time aerobic exercise influence on testosterone synthesis mechanism. To try to explain and reduce the athletes’exercise-induced lower blood testosterone phenomenon, eliminate fatigue, improve athlete sports ability to provide certain theoretical support.In the experiment 37 healthy male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal control group (C, n= 8), the common exercise group (CE, n= 10) and long time exercise group (LE, n= 10), each group unified common feed. Swimming movement scheme for adaptive 1 week, no training, group C CE group 60 min,120 min LE group without weight loading swimming movement, six days a week, take a day off. After the experiment using the ELISA method determination of testosterone (T),3α-HSD. P450c17.17β-HSD; ELISA method for the determination of serum testosterone (T). leptin (LEP), FSH, LH levels; By rt-pcr detection of testicular tissue of rats in 3β-HSD, P450c17 and 17β-HSD expression; HE staining to observe morphological changes of testicular tissue.The result:1. Testosterone 30-HSD key enzymes in the tissue of testis and CE, LE group compared with C group were significantly lower. LE P450c17 content group compared with group C, was extremely significantly lower. The content of 17β-HSD CE, LE group compared with C group were significantly lower. Three key enzyme 3β-HSD mRNA expression of mRNA, P450cl7 mRNA.17β-HSD mRNA compared with group C, CE and LE groups have significant difference.2. After 10 weeks’ exercise, compared with group C. CE group rats T slightly lower but there was no significant difference in serum. LE group is extremely significant difference; Compared with the CE LE group are significant. Compared with group C T in testicular tissue, CE group no significant difference, LE group have significant difference.3. Serum leptin (LEP), LH, FSH, compared with the control group had significant changes, leptin (LEP) showed a trend of a significant rise, and LH. FSH has dropped significantly. Before there was no significant difference between groups in the rat weight,10 weeks after the movement, two movement group rats weight were extremely significant difference compared with control group. CE compared with group C after 10 weeks of testicular coefficient was very significant difference, and LE group has significant difference.4. Group C testicular tissue seminiferous tubule development basic normal, born sperm cells arranged very closely, the organizational structure is clearly visible, spermatagonial cells close to the epithelial basement membrane, proliferation, normal sperm cells within the lumen, primary spermatocyte, SSCS cells can be clearly seen in all stages of development. CE and the testes compared with group C seminiferous tubule, gave birth to the arrangement of sperm cells, sperm, and so on is relatively loose. LE than CE group is even more extreme. Can also found in group LE cell falls off phenomenon, although this kind of phenomenon to appear less, but this kind of phenomenon is more scarce in the control group. And LE group, and the life of the basement membrane is normal joint sperm cells appear separation, fall off. Normal control group leydig cell cytoplasm is rich; CE and fewer cells less LE group than the control group.Conclusion:Movement for a long period of time, may be affected by testosterone synthesis mRNA level key enzymes, further influence the enzyme expression, so as to interfere with testosterone synthesis in testicular tissue.Movement for a long period of time, affect the LEP, LH and FSH secretion, thus may HPG axis through the ways to adjust and control or directly into the testicular tissue, testis secrete testosterone.Movement for a long period of time, can lead to testicular tissue morphological structure changes, which affect the secretion of testosterone.
