With the further development of educational technology,Visual elements are more and more highlighted in the history classroom teaching with the characteristics of their intuition and image.On the one hand, it can make the abstract and complex historical knowledge more image and system, so that the students’history learning process is highly efficient and pleasant; On the other hand, we can "reproduce" the historical scene, so that the historical knowledge is no longer limited by its "past", so that students can truly feel the history, thus realize the history of multiple educational value.However, how to realize the organic combination of visual communication design and history classroom teaching is often ignored by everyone.In the academic circles, there is almost no research on the application of visual communication design in the history classroom teaching, but there are a lot of articles and books on the study of individual visual elements and visual carrier.This article from the visual psychology, education, design aesthetics and other theories of history classroom teaching in the visual elements of the study, to a certain extent, the theoretical innovation in this field is of significance.As far as the high school history teaching is concerned, the main carrier of the use of visual elements in the history classroom teaching are the blackboard, the textbook and the multimedia courseware,and the three elements of visual no wonder text, color and image.Therefore, this article from the vision of the three elements of the history of classroom teaching in the main carrier is discussed from three aspects.Application of text layout design in the history classroom teaching mainly to writing on the blackboard design as an example to explain, whether the individual writing or multiple text arrangement, emphasizing not only to meet the teaching content also need to take into account the needs of students’visual;The application of image and composition design in the history class is based on the image in the textbook,Through the "renmin" Version comparing to "Kangxi "version,Kangxi version textbook image rich diversity and superior.Through the 2007 and 1996"renjiao" high school history textbook longitudinal contrast,2007 version of the textbook from the number of images and materials from the 1996 edition of a certain progress;In the color collocation design this part mainly combined with the history of multimedia courseware case analysis, in the research process of the use of color methods and functions have been further excavated.Application of visual communication design in the history classroom teaching is based on the crossover study of multiple disciplines, has significant and positive effect for the teaching of history, but there are also many problems.Nevertheless, with the development of science and technology, of the history classroom teaching visual communication design is consistent with the direction of development of modern teaching, but widely used in the classroom teaching of history there is still a long road to go.
