In the same time information acquisition and storage is also more convenient, people’s learning and life dramatically changed and therefore, this change will continue in the future. Meanwhile the knowledge economy era require the people’s capacity in all aspects and the research study has become more and more important in the future of the educational activities. And this is also the reason why research study has became the focus of world.Firstly, the paper sort out the development of research study based on a large number of documents and projects. And to find a more consistent study of future needs. This paper draws on existing research on the basis of merit, combine the the mobile Internet tools "laiwang" and research study to analyze the tool’s advantage and put forward a design model. With these research to design a study practice project ‘Modern Educational Technology ’ curriculum and carry out with the freshman of the school of Information Science and Technology in Yunnan Normal University, finally get practical conclusions. Proof this design model is effective, Through the teaching practice mining the mobile Internet platform to achieve the Ubiquitous LearningThus explored ways to carry research study and the new organization of the traditional curriculum and to improve the learning ability in the mobile Internet environment. This study not only enriches the research study but also the traditional class organization, In terms of the advantages of mobile Internet has a certain value.
