In the 21st century, as the new talent in the information age we must have the life and work skills, learning and innovation skills, information, media and technology skills. For training the new comprehensive talents, many of the present education scholars put forward by the information technology and curriculum integration teaching theory, such as PST theory, theory of TPACK, which emphasized the important status in the information technology in teaching. Gradually with the development of science and technology, mobile technology have gone deep into the field of education. The horizon report have considered a mobile device as the next five years that it will have important effect on education, the teaching of key technology, the significance of the mobile learning. New curriculum reform advocates vigorously the exploratory teaching.In the various branches teaching exploration teaching become hot issues of concern based education field.Considering the learner and content, on the basis of evaluation, we put forward APT teaching model based on evaluation, which support the students’ learning and teachers’ teaching. In the teaching practice to explore mobile environment APT model innovation application in basic education teaching mode, and improve the effect of classroom teaching, elementary student’s learning style. It integrated effectively knowledge, technology and content, slowly groping and accumulating experience, and provided a basis for teaching in mobile environment. On the carrier of electronic schoolbag, it guides the student study independently cooperatively, exploratorily the mobile learning, such as the cooperative learning based on problem/projects, personalized learning based on the evaluation, etc. The content have researched application model of basic education of math class based on APT. analyzing math class case and teachers’behavior and technology application by modified Flanders interaction analysis methods. In the case it integrates assessment methods, teaching means and technology tools such as a variety of factors, explores teaching mode and method which help in the teaching practice improve the effect of classroom, to build highly efficient classroom environment. Innovation under the environment of information technology education teaching model and method, promote the information technology environment based on the theoretical innovation and development of the education teaching reform. Hope that through the study of case teaching it can help first-line teachers using electronic schoolbag which will have certain effect.
