Along with the deepening of educational information, and the perfect of normal college education informationization equipment, modern education technology has gradually become an important content of the teacher occupation quality, and has become one of the essential skills for higher normal college students, In order to adapt to the need of basic education reform and development, promote the development of teachers’ professional ability, improve the level of China’s primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology ability, normal schools generally offer" modern education technology" common courses. Through survey I found that the teaching process of " modern education technology" experiment curriculum had a lot of problems, such as complex of teaching content, lack of teaching hours, simplex of teaching mode and evaluation, lack of interaction, resource sharing and student work saving.Blended learning combines the advantage of face-to-face and on-line learning, not only play the leading role of teachers, but also fully embodies the students’subject status, integrates the various learning resources, achieve the optimization of teaching effect, provides a possibility for solving the problems of modern education technology" experiment curriculum.Firstly, this paper found the problem of the" modern education technology" experiment curriculum by means of interview and questionnaire, put forward blended learning theory in view of the problems. Then, this paper discussed the blended learning model of modern educational technology" experiment curriculum, validated the model through action research and experimental research, and then got the strategies supporting the teaching. The results showed that the blended learning model could effectively solve the problems in the experimental curriculum, the scores of the experimental class which use the blended learning models were significantly high than the control class which don’t use the blended learning mode, this fully illustrated the teaching effect of the blended learning model.The innovation of this study is to use the blended learning theory into" modern educational technology" experiment curriculum, proposed the blended learning model, solve the problems of teaching, and provide the reference for the other universities which applying blended learning for teaching. Furthermore, because of limited research sample, the popularization of the results needs a further examination. Application of blending learning in higher normal colleges experiment curriculum is a kind of beneficial attempting. For the insufficiencies of the research, it needs to be explored and researched further in future.
