This article from the sound system, analyses the existing C hinese Pinyin teaching in primary school in rural areas of Linquan County in Anhui province of dialect and the pupils’ learning psychology and other aspects, to identify the impact of the problems that the dialect of the C hinese Pinyin teaching and consonant, vowel, tone error reason, some rules are concluded, and puts forward the solution using the scheme, Mandarin sound, rhyme, tone theory to be corrected. Aiming at the existing problems in the teaching of C hinese pinyin and difficult, take the focus of rectification, repeated teaching method in practical teaching, using the method of some vivid, stimulate students’ interest in learning Pinyin, improve the efficiency of teaching the Chinese phonetic alphabet. For dialect pronunciation correction, this paper traced, first identify consonants, vowels and Mandarin pronunciation have different sounds, and then find out the rules, classification, classification for correction. Tone, to find out the different with Mandarin tone sound, according to the tone are summarized, to be corrected. In the specific memory, adopt the observation, analogy, comparison, summarizes the multiple memories form memory.
