The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Private English Training Institutions

At present,the market economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is improving,the consumption level of the people is rising,and the demand for education is growing.To meet this need,the education of private training institutions,as an important part of education enterprise in our country,has come into being.It plays an irreplaceable role on widen the channel of the talents' training and improve human comprehensive quality and ability in our country.English,as the most important international common language in the world today,has received more and more attention from its citizens as China's reform and opening up into the deep-water zone.Huge need to learn English in China,has given rise to the industrialization of private English training institution,makes out private English training institutions have sprung up in major cities throughout the country.Therefore,in order to enable private English training institutions to adapt to the rapid development of the current society,health and orderly gradually improve,we should pay more attention to the study of private English training institutions.This paper,taking Wuhan XJY private English training institutions as an example,combined with the actual survey data analysis of the status of the study for private English training institutions,so as to seek solutions to solve the problems existing in the current private English training institutions,provide contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of the private English training institutions in China.This paper is divided into four parts:First,the introduction part,expatiates the background,research significance,literature review and research methods and ideas of this article.Second,the basic concept of the private English training institution is defined and analyzed,and the development process of the private English training institution is analyzed.Third,the current situation of the private English training institution is investigated and studied.Taking Wuhan XJY private English training institution as an example,this paper collects the current problems in each campus through questionnaire survey and interview and analyzes these problems.Through the analysis of investigation data and results,find out the cause of the problems,from teaching materials,teachers,enrollment,management and policy aspects of attribution analysis,makes every effort to seize the essence problem,to seek for the related problems of countermeasures to make matting.Fourth,find out how to deal with the situation of private English training institutions.Based on the attribution analysis of the problems in the last part,the paper analyzes the problems from the perspectives of government,administrators,teachers and students,and puts forward countermeasures to solve the current dilemma.
