Now, most of the time, the academic record, has become an important standard to judge a student’s parents also pay more and more attention to children’s academic performance. School teachers teaching performance as the evaluation of an important standard. And to improve the students’ academic performance, not just one past exams tactics. Especially younger children, from new to learning phase. If appear for learning maladjustment, and parents and teachers there is no attention to the problem, students may be tired of learning. At the same time to adapt to bad will also affect students’ learning effect and quality. Attention is divided into voluntary attention and has no intention of attention, in the process of learning, to pay attention to the most used, concentration of children receive information sure than concentration of children. In order to improve the primary school lower grade students attention and learning adaptability, know the stage of the students’ attention level and the structure and development characteristics of learning adaptability,, I use the learning adaptability scale and attention test, selected the huize dongfeng primary school is grade one, two part of the student to carry on the attention and learning adaptability test. Comprehensive survey condition of junior students learning adaptability and attention level, understand the huize county primary school lower grade students’ learning adaptability and attention levels of the status quo and existing problems, and to provide evidence for targeted education the teaching measures. And in view of the elementary student’s physiological and psychological characteristics, from two aspects of the family, the school that a series of corresponding strategies, make bad learning adaptability and low level of attention of the students to improve.Through the investigation and data analysis, the following conclusions:1, 301 primary school lower grade students’ learning adaptability of the overall development level is good.2, there is a part of the elementary school lower grade students with learning maladjustment phenomenon.3, the elementary school lower grade student’s attention levels overall is good.4, some primary school lower grade of low level of students’ attention.5, the elementary school lower grade students in the learning adaptability and attention level both exist gender differences.6, through the analysis, found that the attention and learning adaptability will affect students’ academic performance. On this foundation, proposed the raise the level of the elementary school lower grade students attention and learning adaptability level of countermeasures, so as to promote children’s learning efficiency.
