Children enter primary school is the initial stage, at this stage the language discipline teaching task in literacy primarily. The elementary school lower grade literacy is the optimal period, literacy process if missed the optimal period, elementary literacy function will gradually blurred, effect, speed and number would be reduced. Therefore, in order to reflect the literacy education of humanism and instrumental unification, in order to cultivate students love the motherland language feelings, cultivate students actively learn literacy, master the ability of Chinese characters, the teacher's literacy education is crucial. Elementary grades of literacy teaching is both primary language teaching the key is also a difficult for many years been troubling first-year teachers of Chinese language. This article from the current situation of the elementary school lower grade stage by hand, literacy literacy various methods to the building-up of elementary school lower grade literacy education.There are many ways of literacy, this paper - concentrated literacy method, scattered literacy method, pinyin literacy method and flexible teaching methods such as literacy method to carry on the summary and research, the hope can improve and expand the elementary school lower grade of literacy education. Flexible literacy law collects the various methods, specific include: illustrations literacy, game literacy, life literacy, etc. Various kinds of vivid, nimble method, the aim is to is the elementary school lower grade of the literacy education more vivid, effective, make children learning could be more relaxed, initiative, the more love learning the motherland characters. In the literacy education process, in order to let literacy is effective, in the teaching should pay attention to some problems, such as literacy after timely consolidated, exerting students corpus, arouse literacy interest, respect children's cognitive regularity and body and mind development law, how to professor children better way, parent-school joint, etc., are enhance students' learning Chinese characters effectiveness of necessary means.The elementary school lower grade of the literacy education research is a long-term task, and shoulder heavy responsibilities.
