Research On Human Resource Management Of Competitive Sports In China

The purpose of human resource management is, through rational configuration and use of human resources, to make an organization take advantage of the employee’s work ability, produce optimal combination performance, and at the same time of the organization’s development, make the staff constantly improve their knowledge, skills and abilities. The cultivation of the talents of competitive sports in our country plays an important role in the development sports undertaking. At present,the development of competitive sports are thriving, and we have made brilliant achievements in the Olympic Games, but there are a lot of problems in the human resource management of competitive sports in our country such as the problem of athlete’s comprehensive quality, how can they find better jobs, how to manage the athletes more effectively, spending too much money in training athletes and so on.Based on the summary of previous studies, using the survey method, this paper discusses the problems of the cultivation of the talents of competitive sports, take the go as an example we found that with the development of sports undertaking, the competition of competitive sports is becoming more international and intense, many countries recognize that to fundamentally develop competitive sports, and promote the sustainable development of competitive sports, the key is to cultivate sports talents.Nowadays, socialist sports undertaking has been developing rapidly, our country’s competitive sports training system, competition system and management system reform has made some achievements, but there are a lot of problems in the cultivation of the talents of competitive sports, therefore, the author thinks that, firstly, we should set up the correct view of talent training, through reforming education method,perfecting competition incentive mechanism, and make our country become a sports powerUsing marketing management model, to promote the competitive sports talents training work, and make our country become a sports power.
