Children’s literature has close relationship of Chinese education. Since the new curriculum primary Chinese textbook reform,children’s literature has become an important curriculum resources. In this paper, the existence of primary school Chinese textbooks to children’s literature compilation problems starting point for the study, comparative analysis of the two versions of the situation and existing problems of children’s literature and in view of the existing problems, and puts forward his own thinking and the suggestion. The last part is the conclusion and prospect.This study uses the method of literature analysis, comparative study and empirical summary. The main content of the study is teaching children’s literature version between people and Jiang Su edition in primary school, and summarize the proportion in terms of children’s literature compilation. This paper refines and generalizes the specific circumstances、content、value from the rational and practical life. By comparing the perspective of their own characteristics and shortcomings in the two versions of children’s literature, putting forward suggestions to improve teaching materials.The main conclusions: first, the two versions of textbooks content love life, philosophy of life, environmental protection, patriotic love, respect teachers, dedication, scientific exploration of theme in children’s literature. secondly, the contents of the two versions in children’s literature is the Chinese children’s literature and foreign children’s literature, but the proportion of foreign children’s literature is low; Third, the value of children’s literature reflected all focus on the literature standard value, individual value and social price values in the two versions. But it has difference value on each characteristic. There are also some unsatisfactory places. How to compile children’s literature in different versions of Chinese textbook is the research emphasis. This study has made some preliminary results, further research will be carrying on.
