At the primary stage,student’s desire for speaking is strong,but their writing ability is not strong.They have the situation that they are afraid of writing and they are not willing to write.The cultivation of primary school students’ writing ability is not only related to teaching,but also influenced by the writing part of primary school textbooks.While language teaching materials of different versions is different form the writing knowledge,writing training and other aspects of choice and arrangement.Taiwanese language teaching materials have a cultural homology with Chinese language teaching materials.So the author takes PEP Edition and Kangxuan mandarin version for example and carries out comparative analysis on the writing part of primary school textbooks between both sides,hoping that teaching materials of PEP Edition can play an important role to promote students’ writing ability better.This article consists of six parts.In the first part,related concepts of the origin,object,method and writing have been presented in the introduction by the author.In the mean time,the research contents have been proposed combing document literature of relevant studies of the predecessors upon PEP edition,the writing of Kang-syuan mandarin version and writing textbooks.In the second part,the basis of compilation of writing section of primary Chinese textbook in Taiwan and mainland has been discussed from the perspective of course criteria of Chinese language,thinking development characteristics of primary school students,grammatology and writing psychology.In the third part,the arranged mode of writing section of PEP edition and Kang-syuan mandarin version has been compared and analyzed based on introduction of compilation background of writing section of elementary school textbook in Taiwan and mainland.In the fourth part,the writing contents of the teaching materials in Taiwan and mainland have been compared and analyzed in detail specifically from knowledge system of writing,exercise system of writing and steering system of writing to summarize respective characteristics.In the fifth part,the merits and demerits of the writing section of teaching materials in Taiwan and mainland have been first summarized,then the compilation enlightenment of the writing section of Kang-syuan mandarin version on PEP edition has been achieved:three aspects i.e.generalization of writing knowledge,diversification of subject matter in writing,scientificity of writing guidance.In the sixth part,the meaning of writing section of primary Chinese textbook in Taiwan and mainland has been summarized and the advantages and deficiencies of the study have been proposed in the conclusion.
